As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM), you will play a crucial leadership role that influences the daily operational success of the branch.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact at the branch, collaborating cross-functionally with other team members and partners to deliver exceptional client experiences. Your role will involve assisting the Branch Manager and sales/support staff in addressing client needs, resolving escalated customer issues, and enhancing both internal and external client relationships. Additionally, you will act as the Branch Manager in their absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain branch paperwork and operational workflows.
- Implement, train, and support new processes adopted by the firm.
- Mentor and develop client service professionals, fostering a culture of growth and support.
What You Have
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Active and valid FINRA Series 7, 9/10, and 63 licenses.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service.
- 3-5 years in a securities or financial services role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Notary certification.
- 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in a direct client-facing position.
- Strong financial acumen, particularly regarding brokerage regulations.
- Proven ability to handle client concerns with tact and diplomacy.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong cross-enterprise relationships.
