Key Responsibilities- Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while cultivating new client relationships to drive business growth.
- Sales and Marketing: Prepare sales presentations, contracts, and proposals to support business development efforts.
- Channel Partner Management: Locate, evaluate, and recruit potential channel partners, including systems integrators, value-added resellers (VARs), distributors, dealers, or retailers.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to partners throughout the sales process, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and technical assistance.
- Revenue Growth: Maximize revenues from sales of our products and services through a base of reseller partners in specific assigned channels and/or vertical markets.
- Active California Resident Health Insurance License: Must possess an active California resident Health insurance license or be willing and able to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in the Medicare industry with a focus on management/leadership.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to lead and train a team of sales associates, utilize technology tools, and build and maintain relationships with communities and medical providers.
- Travel Requirements: This position requires approximately 50% or more travel with some overnight stays.
- Master's Degree: A Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Veteran or Veteran Spouse: A veteran or veteran spouse is preferred.
- Bilingual: Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and an additional language (Chinese, Korean, or Spanish) without limitations or assistance.
