Como Gerente de Relaciones con Clientes (CRM), desempeñas un papel de liderazgo esencial que informa sobre el éxito operativo diario de la sucursal local.
Serás el primer punto de contacto en la sucursal y trabajarás de manera transversal con otros miembros del equipo de la sucursal y socios en toda la firma para ofrecer experiencias excepcionales a nuestros clientes.
Asistirás al Gerente de la Sucursal y al personal de ventas/soporte para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes, resolver escalaciones de clientes, ayudar a profundizar las relaciones con clientes tanto internos como externos, y actuar como Gerente de la Sucursal en su ausencia.
Tus responsabilidades también incluirán coordinar y mantener la documentación de la sucursal y el flujo de operaciones, así como implementar, capacitar y apoyar nuevos procesos adoptados por la firma.
Este es un rol donde puedes aportar tu pasión por la mentoría y el desarrollo de profesionales en servicio al cliente a una firma que valorará tus contribuciones y apoyará tu crecimiento.
Calificaciones Requeridas
- Título universitario o experiencia laboral equivalente
- Licencias activas y válidas de FINRA Series 7, 9/10 y 63
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en servicio al cliente
- De 3 a 5 años en un entorno de servicios financieros/valores
Calificaciones Preferidas
- Notario
- Más de 2 años de experiencia en un rol de gestión/supervisión
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral
- Experiencia previa en un rol de atención directa al cliente
- Sólido conocimiento financiero, especialmente en relación con las regulaciones y normas que rigen las cuentas de clientes
- Experiencia demostrada en el manejo de preocupaciones y problemas de clientes con tacto y diplomacia
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y eficaz como parte de un equipo, mientras se priorizan múltiples tareas y responsabilidades simultáneamente
