Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the reverse logistics process, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and coordinate with third-party service centers to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Communicate with customers via various channels to facilitate the return of defective products and provide status updates.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to problem-solve RMA-related challenges and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Utilize Oracle and other tools to track inventory movements, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain ERP system integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in ERP systems and/or database management systems, preferably Oracle or Salesforce.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.
