Position Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist for our Golf Products division, you will play a vital role in supporting the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand. We seek individuals who embody our core values: BE DRIVEN, BE VIBRANT, BE TOGETHER, and BE YOU.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls while efficiently utilizing systems for information retrieval and order processing.
  • Leverage your expertise in Cobra and PUMA products to assist golf professionals, sales associates, and consumers.
  • Exhibit strong verbal communication skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling initiatives to both wholesale clients and consumers.
  • Ensure prompt order entry and respond to consumer inquiries via established communication platforms.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while exercising sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Make informed recommendations and cross-sell products based on availability.
  • Maintain a professional and enthusiastic phone demeanor with clear articulation.
  • Handle daily order entries for Puma Golf and Cobra custom golf clubs.
  • Communicate primarily through email with sales representatives and accounts.
  • Meet order entry turnaround times and provide extensive follow-up on order updates and inquiries.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment related to golf.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of golf clubs and products is essential.
  • Experience in golf retail and club fitting is beneficial.
  • Excellent typing and computer skills are required.
  • Must possess a courteous and professional phone manner.
  • Demonstrated passion for the brands and the sport of golf.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility in work schedule is necessary to accommodate business needs.
