Position Summary
We are seeking dynamic, innovative, and enthusiastic Retail Shop Associates to become part of the Equinox team at our cutting-edge location. This role is ideal for individuals eager to make a significant contribution within a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience for all visitors.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all services, programs, and products.

Operational Excellence:
• Adhere to all loss prevention and inventory management protocols consistently.
• Ensure understanding of all communication and training materials, assisting with operational tasks as needed.

Product Presentation:
• Collaborate with management to ensure the shop reflects company branding standards through effective merchandising and marketing.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the shop.

Professional Development:
• Foster strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Stay informed about general standards and practices across departments to promote teamwork.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, supporting corporate initiatives.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Ability to follow directions effectively.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a retail environment.

Physical Requirements:

Compensation:
• Pay starts at $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional incentives.
