We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, answering their questions, and recommending the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers in person and over the phone
  • Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
  • Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse
  • Stock shelves and set up displays
  • Clean store equipment
  • Load/unload delivery trucks
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
Requirements
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint related products
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
