Front Desk Representative

Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent with Jiten Hotel Management, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth stay experience. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handling all necessary paperwork and ensuring accurate room assignments.
• Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with guests, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and emergency protocols to provide exceptional service and ensure guest safety.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or training preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
