Account Representative

The Account Representative plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers at The Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co., Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers via various channels, including phone, email, and fax.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to internal stakeholders, such as Sales Representatives, Inside Sales, and Operations Supervisors.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
