Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Jiten Hotel Management Inc. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions, as well as process guest payments and deposits.
  • Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and back office.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, as well as company standards and guidelines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk procedures and policies.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
