Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Prior Authorization Coordinator to join our team at Dent Neurologic Institute. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient access to our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit, verify, and follow up on prior authorization requests in a timely manner
  • Assist with scheduling medication deliveries and providing copay assistance information to patients
  • Ensure medications and required documents arrive for patient appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and files

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
