Oncology Nurse Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Oncology Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Roswell Park Cancer Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing patient care plans, as well as providing education and support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure timely management of patient complaints
- Serve as a point of contact for patients and healthcare providers
Requirements:
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior ambulatory nursing experience
- Experience with medical oncology care coordination
- BMT and cellular therapy experience
