Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management professional to join our team as a Vice President of Patient Financial Services. This role will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of revenue cycle strategies that drive optimal financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Revenue Cycle Strategy: Develop and implement revenue cycle strategies that optimize financial performance, improve patient satisfaction, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with operations, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue cycle initiatives.
  • Identify Process Improvement Opportunities: Analyze workflows, best practices, and current bottlenecks to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Programs: Design and implement quality assurance programs to ensure accurate and timely collection of revenue.
  • Analyze Financial Data: Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop recommendations to address them.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, with senior-level RCM experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
