RCM Director

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Cycle Director to join our team at Engage Search, LLC. As a leader in revenue cycle management, this individual will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement revenue cycle strategies that optimize best practice processes in healthcare.
• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide revenue cycle initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison and provide support and information to practices and 3rd party vendors.
• Assess and respond to current and future internal and external healthcare trends.
• Maintain a collaborative relationship with management across the region.
• Directly participate in financial forecasts and KPI analysis.
• Develop and oversee quality assurance performance in partnership with vendors.
• Partner with compliance on applicable regulations and standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities by understanding workflows and bottlenecks.
• Work effectively with operations teams to improve front office and RCM operations.

Qualifications/Competencies:

• 10+ years of relevant healthcare operations experience with Senior Level RCM experience required.
• Bachelor's degree is required, Master's Degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• You must be detail-oriented and organized.
• You must have high integrity and maintenance of confidential information.
• You may need to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends based on business needs.
• You should demonstrate ability to manage large teams and create a culture of high performance and accountability.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year
