**About the Opportunity:**

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Asset Management to join our team at Elmington. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving excellence in asset management practices to achieve organizational objectives and maximize returns on investment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and supervise Asset Manager portfolios, focusing on leasing and operations to maximize asset performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of Asset Managers and propose corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to Asset Managers, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial performance analyses to optimize revenue, profit, and returns from individual assets.
  • Collaborate on the assessment of potential acquisitions, investments, and property developments to gauge risk and financial viability.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of asset management experience.
  • Preferred multifamily property management experience.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire others.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous process improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary:** $140,000 - $200,000 per year (depending on experience).
