Job Summary

The Dispensary Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their cannabis journey. This role requires a strong knowledge of our products and their effects, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic and compassionate support to patients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilitate customer purchases while adhering to state regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, including their benefits and potential side effects.
  • Collaborate with management and colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Process patient orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely and effective delivery of products.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in retail and/or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their effects, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Ability to work effectively without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for delivery associate role.
Work Environment

This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of energy and productivity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
