Job SummaryWe are seeking a Dispensary Associate to join our team at Trulieve. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through their cannabis journey, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide empathetic and compassionate support to patients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Offer product recommendations and education to customers, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to state regulations.
- Collaborate with management and colleagues to maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace.
- Assist with returns and exchanges, following company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail and customer service a plus.
- Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 in CT, PA, and WV) and possess a valid driver's license (for delivery associate role).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Trulieve provides a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, and offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience. This role will work an average of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
