Job Summary

The Dispensary Associate - Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for patients and customers. This role requires a high level of product knowledge, empathy, and communication skills to provide personalized support and guidance to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service and support to patients and customers
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs and preferences
  • Process patient orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Collaborate with management and colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to company standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for delivery associate role
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. The Dispensary Associate - Customer Experience Specialist must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move throughout the facility as needed.
