About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Ambassador to join our team at Rothy's Georgetown store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, fostering connections with our customers, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is personalized and memorable.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, processes, and brand aesthetic.
  • Support the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in operational duties, including sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.
  • Elevate customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement, escalating to management as needed.
  • Create loyalty by connecting customers with our brand and community.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of retail or customer-oriented experience preferred.
  • Excellent people skills, being approachable, engaging, and friendly.
  • Fastidious attention to detail and enthusiasm for maintaining our brand aesthetic.
  • Ability to foster connections with customers and contribute to meeting sales goals.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, minimum 16 hours a week.
  • Ability to work on your feet up to 8 hours a day in a busy store environment.
