Job Title: Brand Security Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Brand Security Ambassador to join our team at Grown Brilliance in Georgetown, DC. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for clients while embodying the Leap values and Grown Brilliance ethos.
  • Partner with team members to manage customer flow and maintain excellent customer experience.
  • Achieve multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while servicing customers.
  • Contribute to general store maintenance, including cleanliness and upkeep.
  • Support the leadership team in driving sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
  • Model flexibility and reliability by working varied hours and days to meet business needs.
  • Embrace learning and leveraging new technologies, systems, and apps, with experience in Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office a plus.
  • Perform opening and closing tasks in the store, with potential to carry store keys.
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Possess one or more years of experience in retail, security, or loss prevention, with a background in luxury or jewelry preferred.
  • Comfortably work with and use a ladder, and lift a maximum of 50lbs.
  • Maintain an active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods.
