Part-Time Retail Manager

As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales. In the absence of other management, you may open and close the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally. Your key responsibilities will include delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience, and demonstrating Claire's products. You will also assist customers with their queries, process store deliveries, and maintain a visually appealing store environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for ear piercing, after receiving full training.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require some high school education, a minimum of one year's retail experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, basic computer skills, and a strong understanding of customer service principles. You will also need to be able to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly, and operate a POS system.
