Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage restaurant staff, including training, development, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor and control restaurant expenses, inventory, and labor costs
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to achieve sales and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience, preferably in a management role
  • Proven track record of success in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
