Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Continuant, you will be the support coordinator for our enterprise customers, resolving problems, managing customer processes, and addressing any customer concerns. You will work weekdays 7:00am - 4:00pm, in-person at our Fife, WA headquarters. When your 3-month probation is over, you will receive a $150/month commuter bonus and $100/month fitness fund to be used for fitness activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Continuant by providing exceptional support and experiences for our customers.
  • Respond to a variety of customer inquiries and offer solutions.
  • Smoothly navigate internal processes: accurately documenting, leveraging technical resources, partnering with internal and external service teams, and resolving new problems daily.
  • Communicate with customers over the phone and in written form.
  • Partner with, support, and learn from our service delivery professionals.
