Position: Finnish Customer Support Specialist

Location: Dundalk, Louth, Ireland

Division: Sales

As a Finnish Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently through various communication channels, including phone and email.

Your role will involve:

  • Providing effective solutions and alternatives promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups.
  • Managing and tracking orders, returns, and pick-ups while keeping customers informed of their status.
  • Processing customer orders and delivering expert guidance on our extensive range of products.
  • Handling payment processing, managing invoice queries, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams as necessary.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and actively pursuing upselling possibilities.
  • Utilizing your language skills for translating and proofreading customer orders.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers.
  • Striving to meet team service level targets.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of products and processes to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Adhering to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Participating in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Finnish and English is essential.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but comprehensive training and support will be provided.
  • A customer-centric approach with a friendly and polite demeanor.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on listening and questioning.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, willing to exceed expectations for customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and achieving targets within a team-oriented environment.
  • Capability to maintain professionalism under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
