Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain a comprehensive schedule of mandatory training sessions for employees.
- Regularly communicate class reminders to ensure participation.
- Act as a liaison between departments and instructors to coordinate training schedules effectively.
- Manage class rosters and monitor attendance to ensure compliance.
- Oversee the training database and related resources.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions.
