Front Desk Coordinator

As a key member of the Texas Pipe team, the Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our staff and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients and staff.
- Assist with office supply orders and maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.
- Greet visitors and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
- Distribute incoming mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery to the relevant departments.
- Provide general administrative support to the staff, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as assigned.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Related administrative/office experience with a strong background in high-volume phone work.
- Three or more years of full-time administrative work experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Self-motivated and trustworthy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Bilingual (a plus).
Skills:
- Basic computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.
- Ability to follow through and complete assigned tasks.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Education:
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of Receptionist / Front Desk experience preferred.
