Our client, a prominent medical organization, is seeking a skilled customer service representative to work on a 4-month contract-to-hire project. Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $19.25, with the potential for a conversion to $20 per hour. Additionally, the client offers a pay differential of $24.06 per hour for off-hour shifts.


Job Description

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to patients and clients. Your primary duties will include:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Requirements:



  • A minimum of 1 year of call center customer service experience within the last 4 years.
  • 1 year of customer service experience or 2 years of high-touch, patient-facing healthcare service roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's.
