Overview:
A Banking Services Consultant plays a vital role in enhancing sales and service operations within the branch. This position focuses on nurturing and expanding customer relationships through proactive outreach and effective service delivery.

The consultant is responsible for initiating deposit accounts and related banking services, as well as lending activities, including consumer real estate loans. Additionally, they will identify and refer potential sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partners.

Responsibilities:
The primary duties of this role include:

� Engaging in proactive outreach to schedule appointments for sales discussions.

� Conducting sales conversations to assess banking needs and financial objectives.

� Opening deposit accounts and facilitating loan origination, including real estate secured loans.

� Identifying referrals for wealth management, mortgage, and commercial banking services.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or lending; or 6 months of experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank; or completion of a First Citizens career development program. Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lending; or 6 months of experience in a customer support role at First Citizens Bank; or completion of a First Citizens career development program.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in financial services sales or telephone sales.

Licensing Requirements:
Where applicable, associates must complete the bank-sponsored licensing program within 12 months of starting the role.

Required Skills:
Application of a structured sales approach, providing financial guidance and expertise, financial literacy, and knowledge of retail banking products and services.
