Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide World Class Service to all guests and employees, responding to comments and complaints in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Parking Lot Monitoring: Monitor parking lots for safety and security, directing guests and employees to available parking spaces and maximizing the amount of vehicles per lot.
  • Direction and Assistance: Provide guests with directions and other venue information, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Shift Management: Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts, controlling and monitoring entry to the guests and employees parking lots.
Requirements
  • Prior Experience: Prior parking experience is strongly preferred, with a focus on customer service and technology handling.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk long distances, and work outdoors in extreme heat and weather conditions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds and visually observe close, distance, and peripheral.
