Position Summary:

We are in search of a Client Account Partner to drive our growth trajectory and enhance our presence within a high-potential retail client. This role entails cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and spearheading business expansion across our established client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and direct the account strategy, execution of growth initiatives, and overall profit and loss management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base, effectively presenting Blend360's services and capabilities to secure new contracts, including drafting proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Negotiate pricing structures to ensure optimal value for clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive pipeline, documenting all leads, opportunities, notes, and activities promptly.
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Facilitate the alignment of Blend360's talent and resources with client needs.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience with a proven track record in client management or business development within the data-driven marketing, analytics, or data services sectors.
  • Possess a proactive mindset with a knack for establishing high-quality relationships across client organizations.
  • Ability to collaborate with Capability and Practice Leaders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated passion for enhancing client outcomes through data, analytics, and technology.
  • Exhibit strong leadership qualities, being customer-focused, results-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable.
  • Creative, resourceful, well-organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
  • Exceptional presentation skills at the executive level.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
