Overnight Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Overnight Front Desk Associate to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and process guest check-ins and check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
- Secure payment and verify billing information.
- Activate and file room keys, and process all guest requests and relay messages.
- Print contingency lists and maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Identify and explain room features to guests, and provide directions and information regarding property amenities and services.
- Follow up on outstanding requests or problems from the previous day and ensure resolution.
- Run and review daily reports and logs, and complete designated cashier and closing reports.
- Accept and record wake-up call requests and deliver to the appropriate department.
- Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift.
- Process all payment types, adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges.
- Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
Marriott International Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $30.25 to $31.25 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and other life and work wellness benefits.
