Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) to join our team at Aspire Health Partners. As a BHT, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment, and supporting the clinical team in delivering exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to clients, including assisting with daily activities, medication administration, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular client rounds to ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes, recognizing and addressing client needs.
  • Participate in group activities and daily management of the unit, working collaboratively with therapy and nursing staff.
  • Administer and document participant drug screenings, as well as provide supervised self-administration of medication when applicable.
  • Document client treatment details in the Electronic Health Record and provide ongoing communication to the program team regarding changes, issues, or needs.
Requirements
  • Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
  • BLS Certification (Preferred).
  • Pass a Level II Background clearance.
  • Driver's License.
