Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, FP&A to collaborate with our leadership team on pivotal financial initiatives. This role is essential for overseeing financial planning, budget oversight, forecasting, reporting, and strategic data analysis, with a focus on enhancing profitability. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development of financial management strategies while providing guidance to regional and functional leaders. We are looking for a proactive individual who is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management to prepare and analyze financial outcomes, forecasts, and budgeting analytics.
  • Deliver insights into business performance to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Design and refine processes and procedures to support the evolving organization.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding budget variances and key performance drivers.
  • Contribute to the management of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including financial statements, KPIs, and metric dashboards.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the maturity to engage with senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Six to ten years of experience in FP&A or a related finance role, preferably within the advertising or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with management reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements for both review and modeling purposes.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to manage diverse priorities and deliver high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting systems and methodologies.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to explain complex data topics to non-experts.
  • Experience with financial planning tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets and manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
