Position Summary
We are in search of a seasoned Senior Manager, FP&A to collaborate with business leaders on critical financial initiatives. This role encompasses responsibilities such as financial planning, budget oversight, forecasting, reporting, strategic data analysis, and identifying opportunities for enhancing profitability. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development of financial management strategies while ensuring effective execution and advising regional and functional leaders. We seek a proactive individual who is exceptionally organized and possesses keen attention to detail, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to prepare and analyze financial outcomes, forecasting, and budgeting analytics.
- Provide insights into business performance to facilitate complex decision-making.
- Design and refine processes and procedures to support the evolving organization.
- Deliver regular updates to management regarding variances from the established budget and the primary drivers.
- Contribute to the management of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including financial statements, KPIs, and metric dashboards.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the maturity to engage with senior management.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field is required.
- Six to ten years of experience in FP&A or relevant finance roles, preferably within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or advertising industry.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with management reporting, variance analysis, and other analytical support functions in forecasting and budgeting.
- Solid understanding of financial statements for both review and modeling purposes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Able to balance multiple, diverse priorities and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Functional knowledge of financial reporting systems and methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to explain complex data topics to non-experts.
- Experience with large-scale datasets and managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously is a plus.
