Job Summary:

Gilder Search Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in helping us drive continued growth and achieve operational goals.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned financial professional to utilize their expertise in financial planning and analysis to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our cross-functional business partners, including the Finance Director, to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete comprehensive financial analyses and modeling to support key strategic and financial decisions
  • Play a critical role in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts
  • Make recommendations to internal stakeholders informed by financial analysis and ongoing monitoring of business performance
  • Prepare detailed financial reporting for key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve operational goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; master's degree and/or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus
  • Strong experience in financial modeling and analysis; well-versed in P&L
  • Excellent team player and collaborator
  • Solution-oriented mindset and work approach
  • Advanced Excel skills; strong in PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet demanding deadlines
