We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage construction field activities to ensure project milestones and schedules are met.
  • Site Logistics: Lead team in construction project planning, developing site logistics, and coordinating with subcontractors.
  • Quality Control: Monitor subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and safety guidelines are met.
  • Time Management: Utilize good time management to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Communication: Work directly with investors, maintain a professional attitude, and ensure proper signage is posted on the construction job site.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years as a construction superintendent for a commercial general contractor, with experience on ground-up and tenant improvement projects in the federal space.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, experience leading ground-up construction projects, managing a large team, and working knowledge of field construction systems, practices, safety, and procedures.
