About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at SEMA Construction, Inc. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a variety of projects, including heavy highway and bridge construction projects. You will lead a team of professionals and be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage project risks and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on heavy highway and bridge construction
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
