Construction Project Manager

Thalle Construction Co. Inc. is seeking a skilled Pipe Foreman to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing large public and private construction projects, ensuring they proceed smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and schedule project components, assigning appropriate manpower and equipment to each activity daily.
- Meet with assigned personnel to communicate daily activity clearly and effectively.
- Coordinate and direct the activity of all jobsite crews, subcontractors, and materials, equipment providers.
- Effectively interface with clients, inspectors, and regulatory representatives.
- Accurately report all jobsite time and activity daily.
- Collaborate with Project Engineer and Project Manager to review performance-to-plan and adjust the following day's assignments, resources, and schedules.
- Monitor all job site activity, coordinating and balancing activity to ensure the daily plan is achieved.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to review and understand plan specs and drawings.
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in a field environment.
- Proficient in written and verbal business communications skills.
- Ability to give and receive written or oral instructions.
- Establish and maintain an effective working relationship with office and field personnel.
