Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on expanding our business within the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand JCS Solutions' presence within the FBI and DOJ.
- Lead and manage the full business development lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, capture, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to FBI and DOJ missions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of FBI and DOJ organizational structures, procurement processes, and decision-making hierarchies.
- Represent JCS Solutions at industry events, conferences, and meetings with key stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet the unique needs of FBI and DOJ clients.
- Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in capture within the federal IT sector, with a focus on FBI or DOJ.
- Experience with IT-SSS vehicle preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully capturing and managing large federal contracts.
- Strong understanding of FBI and DOJ missions, challenges, and procurement processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
