The Role
We are currently seeking a Research Scientist to join our dedicated inpainting research and development team. This role focuses on advancing image generation and restoration techniques, enhancing low-level vision capabilities, and refining image editing processes, all with an eye towards future product integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Pursue long-term, results-driven research objectives while identifying key milestones along the way.
- Contribute to research initiatives that directly inform Adobe's product development.
- Facilitate the integration of innovative research findings into Adobe's offerings.
- Collaborate on research projects across various Adobe teams.
Qualifications
- A Ph.D. with a strong publication record in fields such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer science, statistics, or scene semantic understanding.
- Proven experience in communicating research findings to diverse audiences.
- A collaborative spirit and experience working within teams.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Preferred Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience is preferred, although not mandatory.
- At least 2 years of internship experience focusing on AI research in areas like image generation, low-level vision, image restoration, and segmentation.
- A track record of collaboration with teams possessing varied expertise.
- Four or more first-author publications in respected AI conferences (e.g., NIPS, CVPR, ECCV, ICML, ICLR, ICCV, and ACL).
- Experience in Python development and debugging.
