Fire Safety Alarm Technician

We are currently in search of a Fire Alarm & Security Technician to enhance our team, focusing on fire detection and alarm systems.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability and possess the skills necessary to inspect, service, and maintain various fire detection and alarm systems, as well as related low voltage systems such as CCTV, nurse call, intercom/paging, A/V, Voice/Data, and Intrusion systems. Relevant experience is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute installations, inspections, and maintenance on diverse fire detection and alarm systems, along with CCTV and other low voltage systems.
  • Identify additional sales and service opportunities within current customer sites, providing guidance on compliance requirements.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience with low voltage systems.
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools.
  • Capability to lift over 75 lbs, safely use ladders, and work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills are crucial for success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Quick learning ability is essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
