Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular inspections of fire safety systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and suppression systems.
- Identify and report any deficiencies or potential hazards to management.
- Develop and implement plans to correct identified deficiencies and improve fire safety.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that all fire safety systems are functioning properly and meet industry standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their fire safety needs are met.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in the security industry, with a focus on fire safety and suppression systems.
- Must obtain and maintain an alarm agent license.
- Must have a clean driving record and be able to travel to customer sites as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as required.
- Equipment manufacturers training and/or certifications.
- Experience with specific systems such as Qualisys, Digital Watchdog, and Brivo.
