Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tasks and allocate responsibilities to ensure project completion on time and within budget
  • Supervise workers and tradespeople to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies

  • Ensure compliance with Centennial's Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) guidelines and procedures
  • Perform daily safety inspections and identify potential hazards to prevent accidents
Requirements
  • Experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to perform carpentry work and other tasks as required
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive between project sites
Working Conditions

The Construction Foreman will work in a variety of settings, including construction sites, offices, and other locations as required. The physical demands of the job include walking, standing, and lifting up to 80 pounds. The ability to work in a variety of weather conditions is also required.
