Job Summary:

The Walsh Group is seeking a skilled Physical Laborer to join our team for the Deep Creek Bridge Replacement Project in Chesapeake, Virginia. As a Physical Laborer, you will perform tasks involving physical labor on construction sites, including commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects. You may operate hand and/or power tools as needed and prepare sites for construction. Responsibilities:

Perform tasks involving physical labor as instructed by supervisor
Work with crew members and operate a variety of hand and power tools
Clean and prepare construction sites, including erecting scaffolding and removing debris
Load and unload construction supplies around the worksite

Requirements:

1 year of verifiable experience preferred
Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather conditions
Requires ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures
Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn
