Scaffold Erectors play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of construction projects. As a Scaffold Construction Specialist at Tidewater Staffing, you will be responsible for assembling and disassembling mobile, supported, and suspended temporary elevated work platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport scaffolding materials to the job site.
  • Read blueprints for scaffold projects.
  • Construct and secure scaffolding around construction projects.
  • Inspect your work for safety issues and maintain compliance.
  • Break down the structure once the project is complete.
  • Communicate with your team and supervisor to maintain schedule.
  • Understand your worksite and be flexible to see the project completed.
  • Keep a positive attitude and drive to see the work done well.
