Bridge Construction Supervisor

Job Summary:
As a Bridge Foreman at Curtis Contracting, you will oversee safe and productive field operations, supervising the job site in accordance with company policies, procedures, and values. With a strong background in bridge structure construction, you will lead a team of field-level employees, communicating performance expectations, disciplinary action, and guidance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate project-related tasking, including scheduling, compliance, inspections, and equipment and materials required.
- Lead a team of field-level employees, providing guidance, support, and discipline as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and values.
- Collaborate with sub-contractors and vendors to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Construction leadership experience.
