MOT Supervisor

At Allan Myers, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MOT Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of traffic on our projects.

• Develop and implement traffic control plans to minimize disruptions to traffic flow.
• Install, operate, maintain, and service traffic control devices, including hazard identification and crew training.
• Monitor and record daily maintenance activities, including inventory management and quality control.
• Collaborate with the Owner and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
• Delegate assignments to flaggers and monitor their performance to ensure high-quality results.
• Administer periodic inspections of traffic control devices and provide corrective action as needed.

• Two or more years of lane closure supervision experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• VDOT Intermediate Traffic card required.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR required.

• Working knowledge of traffic control devices and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Spanish a plus.
