Heavy Civil Field Supervisor

Branch Highways is seeking experienced construction professionals to fill Heavy Civil Field Supervisor positions. As a key member of our team, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction teams to ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans
- Ensure all construction equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored
Requirements:
- Proven experience in heavy civil construction or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills with experience using MS Office and iPad
