Sales Manager Job Summary

Mills Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our growing sales department. As a Sales Manager, you will work closely with upper management and sales associates to ensure the business needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships with employees and customers to enhance the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to establish a strong customer network
  • Manage new vehicle inventory, including ordering and dealer trades
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals

Requirements:
