Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team in Irvine, CA. As a key member of our manufacturing organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing engineering strategies and processes
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies to optimize production processes and reduce cycle times
  • Lead and manage a team of manufacturing engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Identify areas for process optimization and cost reduction
  • Drive the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies
  • Manage the development and execution of project plans
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering
  • Experience with AS9100 or ISO 9000 quality standards
  • Previous work experience with military products and/or DOD is a plus
  • Experience with products with multiple manufacturing processes/components from complex wire harnesses, cable assemblies, electronic circuit assemblies, etc.
